WinClose Basic is a version of the full WinClose that has been designed for the smaller closing office where the focus is the production of the HUD-1 and printing checks. WinClose Basic is upward compatible with WinClose. You can start with the Basic version and later add the extra document production capabilities of WinClose. You will keep all of your data and setup information if you upgrade to WinClose.
This is the TRID (UCD) version. Training is recommended. Contact your representative.

WinClose Basic is sold only by FSS or approved distributors. Minimal training is required for WinClose Basic. We recommend one or two hours of training (billable by the hour) via remote control software. Training is required for the full version of WinClose, and the rates for each day vary by distributor and region.
